Across the Universe is the best movie this year and ever!!! I know everybody says this about all different movies that come out, but this is one to see. It is similar to Rent, but set in the 1960's and has awesome songs. Most of the songs in it are Beatle song, there are a few that they made up for the movie. The main character Jude is soo cute and Max too (kind of second main). Jude is my absolute favorite because I love accents. It is going to be in the theaters for a few more weeks, but only in the Flicks till Thursday. I support the Flicks because they show mostly independent movies, and need the support. I have seen the movie twice already, but I want to see it one more time before it goes out.
GO SEE IT!!! AWESOME MOVIE!!!

I have seen this movie and I did like it too I would also like to see it again to get to understand it a little better and another look at it. You could also tie this into the music assignment we did in class. The producers of this movie stood in our shoes like we did in class. They took the music of the Beatles and brought a story to it. In this case they took more than one song and for each song made a section of the main story and then put all the songs and sections together to make the movie. It is really a cool concept if you look at it. Music can be used in many different ways.
I havent seen this movie but you make it sound pretty good i will have to check it out!
